Our History
Founders: Ruth and Haze Mumphrey lived their lives in a way we all should be measured by. He was a Man’s Man who was decades ahead of his time. Haze was a proud Parent, a Military Man, and a very talented singer that would grab the attention of the community.
Ruth was a God fearing woman who was raised singing in the church and helping those in need within the community. She was a Great woman who loved giving help and hope to others. Ruth also knew her way around the kitchen and was never afraid to speak her mind. Needless to say, when Ruth and Haze met in the mid (1920s) it was love at first sight and the rest was history.
